To provide advice, support and/or sales through excellent service and solutions delivery and product knowledge to ensure an excellent banking experience for customersAct responsibly with work related resources in order to contribute to cost containmentContinuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriateAssist with profit growth for the business through sales and acquisition of new clientsSupport sales through analysis of client portfolio and pro-active client engagementUnderstand and proactively engage to optimise client in terms of benefits, fees, returns and so forthIdentify sales opportunities and ensure effective management of the leads pipelineReport on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision makingComply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirementsProvide an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all relevant informationAddress customer needs in order to meet or exceed customer expectationsEnsure growth and increase in customer base by ensuring the management of existing clients, generates new leads and grows active customer account baseContribute to a culture of service excellence, which builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional serviceAchieve expected financial targets and uphold associated service levels
Minimum Requirement:
FSCA Recognized NQF level 5RE5Mandated for intermediary sub-cats 1.17, 1.18 and 1.22 (not currently under supervision)1 -2 years call center experience
