Source, develop leads, prospect and continually networkPossess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goalsBe an effective communicator both written and verbalProvide excellent customer service and maintain retentionBe self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business. 

 

Qualifications:

Sales experience highly preferredAbility to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licensesHave computer experience and good organization skillHigh school diploma required; college degree preferredSuccessful completion of background, credit check, and drug screenPossess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving recordProvide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
