We will embrace the founder mindset to drive accelerated growth. **About the role** The Walmart Essential Home Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting the Club and International Business, the team will consist of National Sales Director, SKAM, KAM and a JKAM. The business is ~$130M in NR. The analyst will be a crucial team member as we leverage data to drive in-market implementation, influence future rotations, and optimize the 4Ps. Key areas of responsibility include supporting the team in identifying and finding solutions to close in-mkt 4Ps gaps, forecasting, and leveraging POS data from Nielsen, Madrid, and Numerator to provide the insights that allow us to grow our business. **Your responsibilities** • Identify assortment opportunities in Club Channel. Partner with the category, sales, and trade teams to demonstrate upside to the Club customer with assortment optimization. • Deliver and enhance a weekly tracking report detailing our sales performance at the category, segment, brand, and item levels, both in-store and online. Including actionable insights to assist team members and Walmart merchants in their decision-making process. • Provide updates on in-store promotions, including rotational sell-through and markdown analysis. Assess the effectiveness of these promotions and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales lifts and execution status. • Deliver and present insights to support line reviews and meetings, justifying business decisions. Key data types may include sales performance, market trends, consumer insights, inventory levels, and competitive analysis. • Provide Ad Hoc assistance for KAM or team members whenever needed. May be required to utilize platforms like Madrid, Nielsen, Numerator, and PowerBI. • Assist the total team with identifying deductions using High Radius and Retail Link and ensure that Account Manager resolves them. **The experience we're looking for** • 4 year college degree • 1-2 years’ experience and proven knowledge/understanding of Madrid, Luminate, Nielsen, and Numerator • Some direct Sales and/or Brand Management experience with cross functional exposure to other Business Operations preferred • Must be able to demonstrate ability to independently conduct in-depth data analysis and use the data to develop strong, persuasive selling stories • Computer proficient (Microsoft Office, Nielsen/IRI) with strong Microsoft Excel skills • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to successfully multi-task • Knowledge of Consumer packaged goods industry **The skills for success** Key Account Management, Account Management, Ecommerce, analyzing sales and Ecommerce data, Field sales; Field sales management, Consumer Insights; Shopper Insights; Customer Insights; Category Analysis, Collaboration and partnership skills; Influencing, Consultative Selling, Perform product planning, Business acumen; financial acumen, commercial acumen, Sales negotiation, Strategy Execution, Operational Excellence. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
