The Sales Analyst role is to support the North American Sales Division's sales reporting and analysis.Essential Functions + Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, reporting on key business metrics + Update, input and monitor systems and data entry procedures to ensure data integrity + Provide sales support including researching sales data inquiries and discrepancies + Support sales projects including data mining, data analysis, reporting and developing presentation materials + Work with sales operations team and MIS teams to create new automated reports in Crystal, Oracle BI and Tableau + Support development and maintenance of various sales analytics reports and dashboards + Provide operational support, analysis and reporting to forecast and plan and related metrics + Assist in the preparation of the monthly and quarterly staff meeting presentations + Support development and deployment of the annual sales quotas and incentive plans + Onboard new hires, providing related reports and training as needed + Participates in ad-hoc reporting, initiatives and analysis as assigned Required/Preferred Education and Experience + Minimum 2 year's college education required + Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields or equivalent work experience is preferred + 5+ years in a similar position, ideally within sales operations, customer service and/or Finance is required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities + Strong team player with a positive attitude and a focus on learning with a continuous improvement mindset + Strong organization skills, time management skills, detail-orientation, and ability to multi-task + Excellent verbal and written skills + Ability to generate and work in a team-oriented atmosphere. + Demonstrated ability to take complex information and make it useful for decision making + Proficient in Microsoft Office, Crystal and Oracle ERP, including advanced Excel Skills + Familiarity with business intelligence systems (OBIEE) and/or Tableau is a plus ZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
