Barilla Hrvatska is looking for a Sales Analyst to join our team in Zagreb (Croatia). In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Market Managers and Sales Teams in Croatia and Slovenia, helping to drive growth, develop strategies and create value for our customers and shoppers. You will additionally contribute to trade marketing initiatives, ensuring impactful execution at the point of sale and strengthening our brands’ presence in the market. Key Accountabilities + Support Market Managers in setting Country action plans, according to business strategy and categories’ marketing plan. + Analyze market data, monitor the competition, support the development of our brands and categories, in collaboration with Category marketing managers and Market managers. + Support sales teams in setting effective and efficient customer action plans and in-store activities. + Support the Sales Manager with ROI analysis and cost management. Qualification & Skills + University Degree in Economics, Business or similar; Marketing knowledge is considered a plus. + Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG Retail, in the field of Sales, Sales Analytics, Category management, Trade marketing or similar. + Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of MS excel. + Strong analytical skills and ability to deal with complexity and pressure. + Target orientation, flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities. + Strong communication skills and good team-player in multi-country environment. + Fluency in Croatian and English. Slovenian is considered a plus.
