A Day in the Life:
As part of the Strategic Partnership Team within the Sales organization, the Sales Analyst will measure the performance of the overall partnership segment and partners within it, as well as analyze various marketing activities and identify trends with the goal of developing end-to-end solutions that answer key business questions. The analysis performed will help to answer day to day questions from leaders within the organization and drive subsequent actions to maximize performance opportunities. The Program Sales Analyst will be responsible for working with large sets of structured and unstructured data, creating reports, and collaborating across analytics teams, both internally and externally.
What You’ll Do:
Develop, disseminate, and present reports to clients and internal stakeholders on program performance to include brand, segments, competitive activity, distribution channel performance and market share. Track key metrics, identify trends that warrant deeper analysis, and advise decision makers of the business implications. Satisfy ad-hoc data requests for internal and external high-level reporting. Enhance existing reporting tools on an on-going basis to accommodate evolving business needs. Develop and monitor data quality metrics to ensure that reporting used to make decisions is both accurate and comprehensive.What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required; preferably in Business, Marketing Analytics, or other quantitative related fields. 3+ years prior experience in analytics. Prior experience in the Rent-A-Car or travel industry is preferred. Practical understanding of analytics. Ability to query and derive meaning from large data sets in SQL Server, Tableau, and/or Teradata environments. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; particularly advanced Excel functionality including Pivot Tables, Macros, and advanced/logic functions. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations. Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills. Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.What You’ll Get:
