You lead new business opportunities in right store opportunities in white space retail environments. You use your deep understanding of our categories and brands to sell to new customers and to expand current customers’ portfolios. In this role, you develop promotional pricing structures to fit with customer needs.

How you will contribute

You will:

Help team to deliver KPIs for the Target business (P&L & Share)Support with internal and external systems (SPARK, APEX, Atlas, Apollo, DMI, Nielsen, etc.), Target POLSupport all MDLZ businesses @ Target (Bars, Confections, Biscuit)

Analysis

Post event work (seasons), new items, competitive landscape, build reports for analysis and performance management

Reporting/ Tracking

Seasonal (biscuit and confections), daily consumption reporting (biscuit and bars), pricing market surveys, Sales Force/DMI Tracking

Execution

Act as liaison with supply and retail operations, new store set ups, master data item set upCustomer Image/Sample Management

Presentation skills

Support templates for line reviews both everyday and seasonal and quarterly retail updates

Work with TGT Merchandise Specialists

Support to Sales account leader on all TGT systems, SME and trainer for new team members

More about this role

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Job specific requirements:

2+ years of experience as a sales analyst or similar analytics focused role in the CPG industry. Previous experience with Target and their systems is a plus.Proficiency across Excel and PowerPoint –reporting, synthesizing data, formatting, and crafting presentations inclusive of data visualization.Previous experience with syndicated data is a plus.

Work schedule: This is a full-time position where you will work from our Minneapolis, MN office 2 days per week and the other 3 days remote.

The base salary range for this position is $68,100 to $93,675; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
