Barilla Turkey s looking for a Sales Analyst (Key Account Specialist) to join our team in İstanbul. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Sales Teams in Turkey, helping to drive growth, develop strategies and create value for our customers and shoppers. You will additionally contribute to trade marketing initiatives, ensuring impactful execution at the point of sale and strengthening our brands’ presence in the market. Key Accountabilities: + Preparing effective plans to deliver financial targets + Ensuring a flawless daily connection with customers through regular visits + Ensuring that the terms of annual negotiation are well implemented by customers + Identifying and highlighting the risks & opportunities of customers + Developing new projects which can drive efficiencies and further growth opportunities Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in a related field + MS Office + Driving license is must + Fluency in English + Min 1 year of FMCG experience of Modern Trade management (National or Local customers) is a must & field sales experience is preferred. + Strong communication, negotiation, problem solving skills with customer focus and analytical mind What we offer: + Flexible working time and hybrid model, with up to 50% remote work. + High-impact learning culture with access to our learning academies and digital platforms. + Open and inclusive international working environment where you can bring your authentic self. + Attractive office space Barilla is an equal opportunity employer.
