Job Description

Job Summary: The Sales and Billing Operations Process Owner will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of all Event Sponsor & Exhibitor (SPEX) billing activities and processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of sales & billing systems and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all billing activities for SPEX.Business owner of the automated integration between the CRM (Salesforce) and ERPs (SAP and Oracle).Monitor SPEX billing processes and systems for compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Liaise and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Central GBS, Sales, Tax) to resolve billing discrepancies and issues.Maintain SPEX billing process documentation and procedures in process management system.Lead initiatives to streamline SPEX billing processes and enhance customer satisfaction.Provide training and support to Sales Operations team responsible for SPEX billing.Trigger daily exceptions to the automated process.Provide occasional coverage to Sales Operations, Order Management team.

QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in billing or a similar role.Process management experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in billing software, Salesforce or other CRM platform, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Additional Information

The salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
