Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

Within the assigned regions globally you will be responsible for the Vertical Sales Development as well as for crossborder business development with coordination of the regional entities and other internal stakeholders  You will determinate the market requirements and provide inputs to product managers in portfolio development / enhancement  You will develop customer relationships within focus accounts and other stakeholders  You are responsible for volume and P&L targets with the assigned customers You will identify market opportunities for business growth and drive activities to capture these opportunities  You will be following the pm@siemens guideline and taking the full responsibility till PM070 from receiving and analyzing the RFQs and identifying the offer scope, defining the right offer approach, business model, and winning strategy,coordinating the offer preparation activities such as portfolio definition, factory decision, execution resources, T&Cs, pricing, ensuring timely and complete offer submission to the customer monitoring any follow-up activities with the customer such as clarification meetings, offer revisions...until contract signature. For all regions you will define and implement regional vertical development plans for focus regions with regional business developers and implementation of actions   You will define global & regional market sizes and drive global frame agreements with focus accounts  You will be responsible to drive profitable growth by means of project approvals and transfer pricing for assigned customers & regions You will coordinate the limits of authority process and the related cost calculations and conduct regular monitoring and reviews of the vertical projects 


What you need to make real what matters

You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable technical degree  You have several years of experience in the power generation market with EPC or M&E Contractor You have experience in sales or sales-related functions  In-depth knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques, and familiar with proposals and order processes  You have deep knowledge of low and medium voltage systems, eHouse solutions, IoT and energy automation portfolio. Experience in engineering, product management, marketing or sales is an advantage  You are proficient in presentation and moderation techniques with strong communication skills  You are fluent in English. German and other languages are a strong plus.  Willing to relocate to Germany in the short-term Willing to travel and enjoy working in an intercultural team and applying analytical skills and strategic thinking in customer-oriented manner  Analytical approach to data collection and evaluation  Initiative, ability to analyze, strategic thinking, assertiveness, customer orientation
