Snapshot: As part of the Sales and Marketing team, the Sales Coordinator will play a key role in managing accounts, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling all details of group bookings for definite bookings. This position is crucial to delivering seamless service and driving the success of our sales efforts.

 

Your Growth Path: Sales. Catering or Conference Services Manager – Sr. Sales Manager – Director of Sales 

 

Your Focus 

Build strong relationships: Cultivate lasting connections with clients and partners, positioning Hotel Landy as their top choice for event and group needs.Stay Organized: Master systems and process in sales and catering office to support revenue generation and team goals.   Innovative and Enthusiastic: Develop creative ideas and personalized solutions for clients, leveraging hotel amenities and venues to create memorable event experiences. Communication and Collaboration: Foster positive, productive relationships with all team members, delivering exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations.  Use professional customer service techniques to negotiate the best possible terms and conditions that satisfy customer (internal and external) requirements.Articulate and leverage the benefits of the hotel to close sales opportunities.Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background and Skills 

High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous hotel, hospitality, or sales experience preferred but not required. 

Work Environment and Context 

Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays and weekends.Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 10 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Moderate travel between hotel and client’s locations.
