Job DescriptionAs the GTM Sales and Client Enablement Manager, you will equip internal sales teams and clients with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to sell and use our products, bridging the gap between product development, marketing, and sales. Reporting to the Reports to: Head of Sales Operations, you will also lead comprehensive training programs to enhance sales skills, increase revenue, boost sales productivity, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with organisational goals, including tailored training plans for our teams and client training strategies.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of training programmes for both strategic and smaller clients.2. Performance Measurement:
Establish and track success metrics for training programmes using data analytics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives and client satisfaction.3. Digital Content Management:
Create high-quality digital training materials with the Design and Digital Manager, ensuring they are tailored to multiple needs and updated with the latest trends.Implement just-in-time training solutions to provide relevant learning experiences for both our teams and clients.4. Discovery and Needs Analysis:
Conduct needs assessments and tailor training programmes to specific requirements, refining them to address new needs and opportunities for improvement.5. Stakeholder Management:
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment, support, and satisfaction with training projects, while sharing their value and influence across the organisation.6. Thought Leadership and Innovation:
Stay updated on trends and best practices in training and enablement, introducing innovative solutions like VR and AR, and representing the organisation at industry events to showcase its commitment to modern practices.Client Training Focus:
