Sales and Customer Service Specialist
Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will support the sales team with operational tasks and ensure our customers receive exceptional service. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain attention to detail will be critical in driving efficiency and customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities:  + Provide support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports and maintaining CRM data. + Process orders, generate quotes, and follow up on pending opportunities. + Monitor sales performance metrics and create regular updates for the management team. + Ensure accurate and timely documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and other sales documents. + Serve as the first point of contact for phone support, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, resolving issues quickly and professionally and escalating issues as needed. + Collaborate with the sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services or products (tracking job turns, etc.) + Maintain customer setup, master data and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. + Drive COI Submissions, Sales Tax Verification, & Vendor Forms + Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and offer additional products or services. + Other Duties as assigned  Required Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). + Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related field. + Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and G-Suite. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction. + Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements: + Communicate with others and exchange accurate information. + Operate a computer and other office machinery or equipment. + Ability to move about inside the office to access file cabinets or office machinery. Work Environment: + This job takes place in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.  Office employees are required to wear safety glasses, safety shoes, and a highly visible vest at all times in production areas and labs.
