You will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing accurate estimates for projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for their benefits package. **What you get to do (in a snap-shot):** + Prepare accurate and detailed project estimates based on client requirements in the areas of stamping, laser cutting, welding, assembly, and machining. + Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions + Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process + Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets + Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients + Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects + Use and maintain a CRM Program and follow up with customers on all quotes. **What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity:** + Proven track record of success in sales (preferably) in a manufacturing or production setting. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software + Education: High school diploma (or GED or high school equivalence certificate) + Ability to travel as needed Interested in learning more?
