Sales and Leasing Manager

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Sales and Leasing Manager to help with the day-to-day operations of an apartment community.  In this client facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business at City Club Apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Training: Train, mentor, and energize leasing consultants to achieve individual and team goals. Provide insightful analysis and feedback to improve performance and ensure accountability. Foster a collaborative, high-trust, and motivated team culture. Performance Management: Lead the leasing team in maintaining high occupancy levels throughout the portfolio. Identify and implement sales strategies to maximize leasing opportunities. Sales & Leasing: Actively engage in leasing activities, including tours, follow-ups, and closing leases. Build strong relationships with prospects to instill trust and confidence in the company. Assist prospects with applications, lease agreements, and other related processes. Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls and greet prospects with enthusiasm and professionalism. Represent the company in a vibrant, approachable, and customer-focused manner. Property Presentation: Ensure tour units and paths are in pristine condition daily, delivering an exceptional first impression. Work closely with maintenance and cleaning teams to uphold high standards of property appearance. Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to provide feedback and recommendations on advertising performance. Monitor marketing efforts and ensure alignment with leasing goals and strategies. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate leasing records and provide performance insights to management. Assist with miscellaneous duties as needed to support property management operations.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of multifamily property operations and leasing software is a plus. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve goals.
