Role Purpose:
To support the effective operation and growth of the shopping center by coordinating sales and marketing activities, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of leasing, marketing, and administrative processes. The role aims to enhance tenant satisfaction, optimize advertising opportunities, and contribute to the success of marketing initiatives through meticulous planning, data analysis, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Cooperates with sales and marketing manager by operating issues of the shopping centre connected with tenants activity.Follows other instruction of superior manager ensuring smooth operation of the centre.Keeps proper and up to dated database of existing and potential tenants.Maintains up to date database of indoor and outdoor advertising places.Coordination of short term leasing process.Prepares offers, LAF’, and other documents.Coordinate the legal process of the contracts.Be a part of the weekly marketing and sales meeting.Prepare a monthly financial forecast of marketing, check invoices and expenditure against forecast each month and account for differences.Ensure that all marketing material is produced for online, offline and in-centre channels in line with the marketing plan.Prepare a marketing operations report each month which reviews all activity undertaken in the month and highlights upcoming campaigns.Analyse competitor activity, research, footfall and retailer sales data on an ongoing basis and advise to modify plans accordingly.Knowledge & Experience:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and retail operations, including online, offline, and in-centre channels.Proficiency in budgeting, financial forecasting, and expenditure tracking.Experience managing tenant and advertising databases.Skilled in coordinating short-term leasing processes and navigating legal and contractual procedures.Attention to detail in documentation and producing marketing materials.Ability to analyse market trends, competitor activities, and financial data to inform decision-making.Proven track record in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the retail or real estate sector.Experience producing detailed reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams.We foster a culture of inclusion that embraces the unique strengths, perspectives, and experiences of all our employees.
