Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Sales and Marketing Coordinator to assist our sales team here at Mirabella Portland. What you’ll be doing: Exhibit responsibility for the administrative organization of the Sales and Marketing department and coordinating day-to-day activities such as initial inquires, entering database notes and compiling reports. You will also be the point for coordination for onsite sales events. Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 / hr DOE How you’ll do it: Create and produce a monthly newsletter for waitlist members, incorporating tailored content, links, and videos. Develop engaging videos for prospective residents and waitlist members to support sales and marketing efforts. Manage the CRM database by streamlining documentation, forms, applicant lists, procedures, and processes to ensure the marketing department operates efficiently and effectively. Support sales and operations by assisting with planning and executing sales events, coordinating move-in/move-out processes, and creating and providing notices with all relevant departments, including facilities, administration, and resident services. Develop marketing materials such as Independent Living brochures, apartment floor plans, Move-In Guides, new resident files, and other essential resources, while maintaining an accurate inventory of supplies and brochures. Engage with prospects and residents by prequalifying prospects, maintaining applicant and waitlist files, scheduling activities and follow-up communication after tours and events, and recording interactions in CRM software. Conduct research and reporting by producing routine reports to inform sales activities, completing quarterly market research and competitive analysis, and providing introductory community tours to prospective residents. About you: Minimum of 1 year's experience in sales or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred. Ability to continuously balance competing priorities while providing exemplary customer service. Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, customer relationship management software and social media platforms.
