Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase our market presence.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals. Manage the sales team and provide leadership and guidance for their professional growth. Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing strategies. Monitor and track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our competitive advantage. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate leads. Manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation. Lead market research initiatives to gather insights and identify customer needs. Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the recruitment industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Self-motivated and result-oriented. Valid driver’s license.
