Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for researching and developing sales and marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales strategies, and executing those plans. Additionally, this role entails managing the Customer Service team to meet the company's operational goals. The Sales and Marketing Manager integrates the roles of account executive, sales manager, and market manager to achieve organic growth in the U.S. market.

ResponsibilitiesLead Customer Service Operations and Team, including lab services, regulations, ISO, lab operation process, capabilities, and capacity.Manage and mentor the Customer Success Leader to meet performance expectations.Develop annual Sales & Marketing strategic plans (1, 3, 5 years).Research and deliver sales and marketing strategies based on market and client requirements, including new revenue portfolios.Promote our brand and introduce new testing services to the market.Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various communication channels, including strengthening digital marketing.Analyze customer data to identify different customer segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.Report monthly sales status, ROI, market/competitor trends to top management in monthly meetings. Quarterly and annual trend reports are also required.Create and manage budgets for sales activities and marketing campaigns, including customer service.Establish new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating fresh marketing opportunities.Lead outgoing sales activities and generate new business with a focus on our operational capabilities and laboratory capacity.Ensure that all sales and customer service-related activities support customer satisfaction, retention, and new business development goals.Assess annual Sales & Marketing organization structure from the view of operational efficiency and headcount; propose options to top management.Attend all Sales & Marketing positions and critical positions for talent management, coordinated with HR, Customer Success Leader, and other necessary parties.Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining professional networks.Essential SkillsSalesMarketing strategyData analysisPresentation skillsManagementCustomer serviceInside salesDigital marketingMarketing communicationsScienceChemistryAdditional Skills & QualificationsSuccessful and extensive experience in leading, motivating, and supervising teams.Experience in project management.Experience in business development.Experience in customer service.Highly competent user of MS Office.Bachelor's degree in sciences or M.B.A. in marketing/business or equivalent directly related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in a related major).At least two years of sales and project management experience.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.Ability to write SOPs, reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from subordinates, clients, customers, and the general public.Mathematical skills to analyze sales data, calculate profit margins, forecast sales, manage budgets, interpret market research, and make informed strategic decisions about marketing campaigns and sales strategies, ensuring optimal ROI.Work Environment

Working fully on-site. After 6 months, up to 40% domestic travel required. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $100000.00
