The Sales and Marketing Rotation (SMRP) and Intern Program Manager position is part of the Entry-level Talent Pipeline Team within the Sales, Marketing and Communications Group (SMG) at Intel and is responsible for the overall program management of two of our entry-level talent development programs: SMRP and the SMG Intern Program.

Minimum Qualifications:
At least a bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience, or a master's degree with 4+ years of relevant professional experience, or a PhD in a related field with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.Experience in at least three of the preferred qualifications below.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration/management, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field. Master's or PHD in talent development or a related field of study.At least 2+ years of:Professional experience working in a global environment and/or across teams with different objectives to achieve results.
