Major Responsibilities: • Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts - including many of the Fortune 500. • Manage our large inventory of world class and nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and dynamic workspace • Generate new business leads as well as foster existing customer relationships • Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Our Sales and Operations Management Trainee role is an hourly role, offering a starting salary of at least $52,000 per year. (May vary based on prior relevant work experience and market) This position, at this location, offers premium pay for weekend work ($2.50/hour) Advancement opportunities follow 6–9-month training period and include a generous base pay increase at that time.
