We offer a flexible work environment where employees spend minimum 3 days each week in the office. What you would do as Sales and Operations Planning Controller As a Sales and Operations Planning Controller you will act as the link between purchasing and sales, collaborating with other functions to ensure a stable flow of materials and deliveries after the customer’s request. You will manage your portfolio of chosen product groups and drive monthly S&OP; you are also responsible for monthly meetings with larger customers to receive and discuss future demand and develop the business. As a team we work to improve and optimize the Scandinavian S&OP process. You would also: + Contribute to reaching Supply Chain and Operation KPI’s. + Be responsible for the delivery of project sales from initial information is received until it is fully delivered. + Obtain Forecast and project sales data from relevant customers in market. + Work on developing our work methods and processes. The skills and experience you need To be successful in the role, we are looking for someone who: + has at least 3 years of work experience and an academic background in Supply Chain or Logistics. + has experience from S&OP processes. + is proficient in MS Office packages. + Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English. The ideal candidate is driven by continuous improvement, demonstrates proven leadership and project management skills. You are goal-oriented, capable of prioritizing effectively, and combine a strong customer focus with excellent teamwork and self-motivation. Strong analytical abilities and exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this role.
