What You'll Do

You're an ambitious individual with a passion for sales and customer service as well as outstanding organization, computer, and property systems management skills. You value customer service and have a genuine approach to helping guests!

Some of your responsibilities include: Complete contracts, addendums, and proposals with accuracy. Timely and professional communication with clients. Coordinate with Sales Managers to execute group booking accordingly in appropriate systems. Any additional group changes will be updated by the sales coordinator. Set up accurate billing for each individual group. Enter pertinent information into Sales, POS and Event Management systems. Regularly assists in booking individual reservations that fall into special rate categories. Run group reports through our sales system. Continually maintain group bookings in property systems. Take inquiries, contract and detail private dining requests for the restaurant. Take inquiries, contract and execute social wedding room blocks Assist catering with wedding brunch, rehearsal dinner and welcome reception events by contracting F+B and assisting with detailing.Administrative duties:  Typing, answering telephones, sending correspondence, etc. (as required)  Taking leads both over the phone and email, then processing in our sales system.  Act as a lead catcher for RFPs. What You Bring 2 years of experience in hospitality industry and or events management Bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred. Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Strong computer skills and proficient in MS Office. Well organized, detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills. Excellent communication skills.
