Sales and PLM Domain Architect (f/m/d)

The Sales and PLM Domain Architect (f/m/d) is responsible for designing and implementing integrated solutions that align the business unit's sales processes and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. This role requires a deep understanding of both sales and PLM domains, as well as the ability to bridge the gap between these critical business functions. The Sales and PLM Domain Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, PLM, engineering, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and optimization of sales and PLM-related processes and technologies.

Enhancing Processes and Solutions: Gaining a comprehensive understanding of sales processes, product offerings, and PLM systems to analyse workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design innovative solutions that boost efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.Driving Strategic Alignment: Collaborating with sales, engineering, and IT teams to define and implement integrated Sales and PLM strategies that align with the business unit's overall objectives and ensure seamless execution.Providing Expertise and Support: Offering technical guidance, training, and support to Sales and Engineering teams, while shaping policies, procedures, and best practices for Sales and PLM initiatives.Optimizing Performance: Monitoring and analysing Sales and PLM data, trends, and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and driving the adoption of new technologies and tools for optimized outcomes.Fostering Integration and Innovation: Working across teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration, while staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring cutting-edge insights to the organization.

This is how you'll win us over

Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, information technology, or engineering.Experience & SkillsMany years of experience in a Sales, PLM or enterprise architecture role, preferably in a complex, enterprise-level environment.Proven track record of designing and implementing successful integrated sales and PLM solutions.Excellent understanding of Sales processes, PLM systems, and related technologies and best practices.Proficient in the use of sales-related tools and technologies, such as CRM & CPQ systems, PLM Platforms and data analytics tools. Certification in enterprise architecture is preferred.Ways of workingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Languages: Proficiency in English is a must, knowledge of German is a plus.
