This is the Client Service representative role focusing on deliver highly valued services and solutions to clients to ensure quality services are consistently delivered; and to manage and strengthen the business relationship with clients.
What you will be responsible for:
Provides quality services to assigned clients and be responsible to their requirements and enquiries;Facilitate cross-functions/teams communication to resolve client issues/queries and deliver high quality services;Prepares documents / presentation materials for regular client service review meetings and participates such meetings as well relationship manages follow-up actions;Be responsible to perform and complete all required internal client review and procedures to comply with internal policies and requirements e.g. KYC onboarding for new client, client KYC periodic review, client annual review, etc.;Manages and coordinates new client account / new market opening activities;Manages information flow internally and with clients regarding service issues, remediation plans and status;Facilitates cross divisional resolution of business line conflicts; elevates issues to next level of executive management as appropriate;Work collaboratively with other functions within the organization to meet clients' requirements;Communicates client needs and requirements as well as competitive information for products enhancement and development;Assist with compliance/fiduciary reviews, controls, and audits as appropriate;Perform other duties as required;What will make you succeed in this role:
8-10 years related experience in financial services;Experience working in custody / fund accounting / fund administration;A high level of professional maturity and be able to communicate with clients, managers and peers as well as demonstrated stakeholder management experience;Strong problem-solving skills and trouble-shooting skills. Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work;Strong verbal & written communication, interpersonal, analytical and time management skills.State Street's Speak Up Line
