\nWe are seeking a smart, motivated team player to take on the role of Sales and Solutions Engineer. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, providing technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\n\tBe a lead technical resource on customer and partner engagements \n\tDevelop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations\n\tDefine and develop the technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses and proposals\n\tPerform on-site assessments with the goal of identifying how Vigilent solutions can deliver value and improve overall site operations\n\tWork with product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and drive product improvements\n\tStay up to date with industry trends and product developments\n\tParticipate in conferences and regional events\n\tConduct product training sessions for customers and sales team members\n\tProvide post-sales support to the operations team, and help with troubleshooting as needed\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE\n\n\n\tBelief that technology, business and a healthy planet are compatible\n\tConfident self-starter who can work independently\n\tExcellent communication and presentation skills\n\tStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\n\tAbility to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions\n\tStrong technical background (B.S.
