Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Assistant in the business services industry, located in Littleton, Colorado. The role involves providing support to our sales team and ensuring smooth operations in our office. You will be tasked with handling customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining customer records. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email • Accurately process customer applications and maintain detailed records • Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions when necessary • Handle data processing tasks with accuracy and efficiency • Utilize CRM platforms for customer management and reporting • Utilize financial services tools such as ADP and Concur for customer transactions • Produce and manage invoices for customer accounts • Handle cash activity and cash handling procedures • Understand and aid in the execution of buying processes • Manage inbound calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
