Join us as our new Sales Assistant We are looking for a new part-time Sales Assistant with the ability to give support to our local team. You will have a central role in being the linking pin between our Dutch customers and our internal global organization, but mainly in Germany and Denmark. Welcome to The Nordic and Netherlands Dairy Sales Team The Nordic and Netherland Dairy Sales Team is part of the Central North Europe organization in Novonesis, supporting all dairy costumers in this area. You will be part of a dynamic team surrounded by 12 great and highly skilled colleagues with strong team spirit in an exciting international setting. Further you will report to the Head of Dairy Sales Nordic & the Netherlands. As a Sales Assistant you will be focused on the Dutch dairy market. You will be based at our office in Houten with the opportunity to work from home 1 to 2 days a week. In this role you’ll make an impact by: + Having a very divers and dynamic role and being our “spider in the web” for the Dutch dairy business and our international Novonesis colleagues. + You are responsible for customer support to all Dutch Dairy customers. This contains but not limits to e.g. handling requests for standard product documentation, organize samples and informing customers about product / spec changes. + As first point of contact for all Novonesis business units you are answering incoming calls or contact requests including translating and forwarding them to the right colleague or distributor. + To support the account managers, you are creating price-offers when requested by customers and keep pricelists for Global Customers updated. + Your technical background comes into place when giving support to create/update projects and cases in salesforce and by supporting the improvement of customer mapping of dairy business in the Netherlands + For innovation meetings you are arranging product examples to inspired customers with new opportunities. + When a complaints comes in you are entering it in SAP and will take care of the proper follow up both internal and external in co-operation with Sales Managers + Office management tasks such as arrange office supplies or lunches for customer meetings are also your responsibility. + This is a dynamic job in a growing and fun team with passionate colleagues Potentially relevant experience: + A MBO or Bachelor degree, or similar, preferably in food technology + Excellent communication skills + Preferably minimum 2 years of experience within the dairy sector + A self-starting and self-motivating individual with a positive attitude and influence on the organization. + Accurate and respectful of deadlines + You have excellent Dutch and English Language skills, both spoken and in writing + Experience and like to work with systems like SAP, Excel, salesforce Could our purpose be yours?
