Description We are in search of a Sales Assistant to join our team in the hospitality industry, located in Riverside, California. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for managing office operations, handling client inquiries, and coordinating event logistics. You will also play a critical role in maintaining client relationships and cultivating new business opportunities. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Managing office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations • Handling inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and in-person visits • Showcasing our amenities and services through conducting tours of our banquet hall facility • Working closely with clients to understand their event needs and providing customized solutions • Negotiating pricing and contract terms to close sales and secure bookings • Coordinating event logistics and communicating effectively with our operations team • Maintaining relationships with existing clients and cultivating new business opportunities • Utilizing CRM software to manage customer data and sales processes • Employing financial services tools such as ADP and Concur for business operations • Leveraging Crystal Reports for data processing and analysis • Handling cash activity and buying processes as part of daily operations • Planning and coordinating special events as per client requirements.
