Description
We are in the process of recruiting a Sales Coordinator for our operations in New York, New York, 10001-5010, United States. The Sales Coordinator will be integral to our team, providing essential support, managing crucial initiatives, and having a direct impact on the success of our company. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize Excel and in-house database systems to compile sales and shipping reports.
• Assist with the creation and management of account-specific PowerPoint presentations in collaboration with the sales team.
• Oversee meeting schedules, ensuring all necessary pre-meeting objectives across all accounts are met.
• Liaise with Product Development to organize comp needs for the sales team.
• Collaborate with data coordinator to update and maintain product specification sheets.
• Work closely with design and operations teams to approve label artwork and BOMs.
• Facilitate the approval and creation of off-shelf displays, giftsets, and permanent fixtures with operations and sales team.
• Maintain Repositrak and GS1 databases/platforms.
• Support the sales team in handling credit memo/deduction.
• Update and maintain distribution grids, promo calendars, order forms, and pricing in conjunction with the sales team.
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales assistant role or similar
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Concur software
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports
• Data Processing skills
• Experience with About Time software
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
• Understanding of Buying Processes
• Experience in Cash Activity and Cash Handling
• Proficiency in Excel Formulas
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP
• Ability to create and deliver Powerpoint Presentations TalentMatch®
