We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Sales Assistant in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33311, United States. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving our growth. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks from handling customer orders, providing product details, resolving customer queries, to collaborating with the team for an enhanced customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the smooth processing of customer orders, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
• Engage in customer interactions through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and providing information about our products.
• Provide technical support to customers relating to our products, which includes installation assistance and troubleshooting.
• Undertake research to resolve customer issues and ensure solutions are provided promptly and appropriately.
• Utilize CRM software effectively to maintain up-to-date customer records, track interactions, and ensure data accuracy.
• Constantly strive to enhance your knowledge about our products, services, and industry standards through ongoing learning.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
• Use your Spanish language skills to engage with our diverse customer base.
Requirements • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a sales assistant role or similar position
• Proficient in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions
• Capable of effectively answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries
• Understanding of buying processes and ability to guide customers through these processes
• Experience with NetSuite software is preferred
• Ability to assist customers, providing high-quality service and support
• Prior experience in enhancing customer experience and satisfaction
• Ability to provide technical support to customers when required
• Deep product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
