As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving our growth. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks from handling customer orders, providing product details, resolving customer queries, to collaborating with the team for an enhanced customer experience. Responsibilities: • Facilitate the smooth processing of customer orders, ensuring efficiency and timeliness. • Engage in customer interactions through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and providing information about our products. • Provide technical support to customers relating to our products, which includes installation assistance and troubleshooting. • Undertake research to resolve customer issues and ensure solutions are provided promptly and appropriately. • Utilize CRM software effectively to maintain up-to-date customer records, track interactions, and ensure data accuracy. • Constantly strive to enhance your knowledge about our products, services, and industry standards through ongoing learning. • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. • Use your Spanish language skills to engage with our diverse customer base.
