Sales Assistant
Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Sales Assistant in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry, located in Charleston, South Carolina. You will be working in a dynamic environment, managing customer interactions and sales activities. Responsibilities: • Promptly and professionally answering calls from potential clients • Efficiently managing and responding to customer inquiries • Using various software applications and tools for prospecting • Conducting phone screenings for caregiver candidates • Following up on internet leads from potential clients • Maintaining a friendly and caring demeanor during phone interactions • Ensuring accurate records and data entry are maintained • Monitoring and managing customer accounts • Processing customer applications with a keen eye for detail • Collaborating within a team to achieve sales targets Requirements • Proven experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry, preferably in a sales role • Demonstrable proficiency in recruiting, with a track record of sourcing and hiring top talent • Profound understanding and practical experience of Inside Sales • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Ability to use sales software, CRM platforms, and office software proficiently • Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer-first mindset • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to continuous development in sales and recruitment, with a focus on being detail oriented • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail • Knowledge of healthcare products and services will be an advantage.
