Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Sales Assistant in Willow Springs, Illinois. This role is primarily focused on customer service and sales in the property management industry. As a Sales Assistant, you will manage the leasing process from start to finish, showcasing the property to prospective residents and ensuring a smooth transition into their new home. Responsibilities • Highlight the value of the community to lease apartment units to prospective residents. • Use sales techniques to respond to inquiries, schedule property tours, and close leases. • Support property management by ensuring units are ready for move-in and monitoring aesthetics. • Assist residents with renewals, move-ins, and maintenance requests. • Maintain organized records and resident files using CRM systems, specifically OneSite. • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. • Handle incoming calls and assist in the buying process. • Provide administrative assistance and perform receptionist duties when needed. • Maintain accurate customer credit records.
