Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant in Brisbane, California. As part of our team, you will be primarily engaged in welcoming and directing visitors, managing incoming phone inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will also involve maintaining detailed records and performing data entry tasks. Responsibilities: • Welcome and guide walk-in clients, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. • Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary. • Provide high-quality customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly. • Perform data entry tasks, updating customer records in our internal database and a popular spreadsheet software. • Distribute mailings and process packages as required. • Assist with the general paperwork needs of the branch, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained. • Scan all sales and payment paperwork. • Order supplies as directed by the branch manager or sales associates.
