Description We are seeking a Sales Associate 1 to join our team in Santa Clara, California. As a Sales Associate 1, you will be playing a vital role in our retail sector by providing exceptional customer service and sales support. You will be responsible for educating customers about our products, assisting in sales, and participating in store activities. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality customer service and sales support within our retail stores • Stay updated with new product features and content to provide accurate information to customers • Assist customers in finding the right product fit for their needs • Contribute to meeting or exceeding established performance goals • Participate in all store activities including inventory management, merchandising, and marketing • Engage in cross-departmental initiatives, which may include community events and member support • Utilize excellent written communication skills to ensure clear and concise communication with customers • Adhere to physical requirements of the role, which may involve standing for long periods, walking around the store, and lifting items weighing 25 lbs or more • Provide sales support within the showroom, ensuring a seamless customer experience • Utilize skills in retail and merchandising to enhance the showroom's appeal and increase sales. Requirements • Must possess strong skills in Customer Service and Sales • Experience in Reporting and Marketing is required • Demonstrated ability in Retail and Merchandising operations • Proficient in Closing sales deals and providing Sales Support • Must have a Proven Sales Record • Ability to participate in Community Events • Experience in Retail Stores and Showrooms is a plus • Knowledge about Time management and meeting Performance Goals • Understanding of Disability Benefits and Third-Party relations • Excellent Written Communication skills • Must be able to perform Lifting and other Physical Requirements • Willingness to work Overtime if necessary • Experience in managing relationships with Third Party entities is considered an advantage.
