About the Opportunity:
As a Sales Associate, you will participate in a structured training program designed to develop essential sales skills and provide a comprehensive understanding of Shutterstock's business model and product portfolio. This program includes hands-on assignments, instructor-led training, self-paced modules, job shadowing, and mentorship. You will gain practical experience through rotations in real sales roles, preparing you for a successful career in sales.
Please note this role will work Eastern Standard Time hours, typically 9am - 6pm.
The Day-to-Day Experience:
Complete the Sales Associate training program, integrating key elements from the new sales hires onboarding program.
Master core sales skills: crafting impactful messaging, conducting insightful discovery, handling objections, and honing focus and prioritization skills.
Narrate Shutterstock's content journey internally and to external audiences proficiently.
Build trusted relationships and credibility with stakeholders across the sales organization.
Conduct content audits and analyze usage reports during role rotations to develop strategic account expansion plans and identify new business opportunities.
Participate in a role rotation within sales teams to apply acquired skills in a dynamic environment.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of Shutterstock's business model, target markets, and product ecosystem.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during role rotations, fostering strong relationships.
Demonstrate exceptional performance in role rotations to be considered for potential future opportunities within the Enterprise sales organization.
What You'll Contribute to the Role:
Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of high-performance in a Sales role (SDR/BDR and/or full sales cycle)
Consistently surpass performance targets, showcasing a commitment to excellence.
