To maintain and enhance existing revenue streams by identifying and cross-selling innovative Global Payments Solutions (GPS) products and services. Additional responsibilities include the contribution to the pricing of proformas, entering in (GPS) deal request, and aiding in the remediation of client roadblocks. Separately, the GPS Sales Association will perform the below to his or her best of ability.

As our Sales Associate you will:

To be recognized as a GPS Sales Associate with an ability to display competent knowledge of relevant products and servicesTo co-lead on client sales opportunities as warranted in partnership with the Sr. GPS Sales ManagerResponsibility for assisting with pricing, reviewing and negotiating the full range of cash management services for the GPS Commercial Bank, further assisting the Sr. GPS Sales Manager in generating new sales revenue and the retention and growth of existing clientsImpact on the Business Actively contribute to the management and accuracy of the Global Payments Solutions sales pipelineKeep abreast of external factors influencing international business e.g. economic, cultural, geographical, procedural and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute under the strategic direction of the Sr. GPS Sales Manager a robust sales plan to target key customers including effective closure of pipeline deals to capture revenueAid in partnership with the Sr. GPS Sales Management the broadening and deepening of client relationshipsWork with relevant key stakeholders to ensure a positive client experience including excellent service and implementationWhere appropriate undertake professional presentations to customers in support of potential opportunities portraying HSBC in the best possible lightDevelop and maintain relationships with key clients Work in partnership with colleagues across the HSBC network to deliver exceptional standards and a high quality of serviceEnsure fairness in all aspects of strategy, product design delivery, customer literature correspondence, financial promotions, administration and complaint handlingResolve any identified issues promptly and escalate concerns to Management as appropriate to ensure timely awareness of any material concernsMaintain and observe all HSBC control standards and implement and observe the Group Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulatorsProtect sensitive customer and bank information by ensuring documents, computers, files, and all confidential matters are appropriately handled as set forth by policy

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $85,000.00 and $120,000.00

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
