Qualified Candidate Criteria:

Previous sales experience – one year minimum  Previous experience working in a spa or service industry – preferred Previous experience with Meevo – preferred Strong work ethicProfessional appearance and attitudeUnderstands healthcare privacy and decorumProactive and takes initiative in their sales roleCritical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills Great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests and members Can engage in conversation with everyone they meetFeel confident in their ability to sell memberships and services to our clienteleGoal oriented and strive to meet personal sales goalsCan stand most of the day and are comfortable being busy

Day-to-Day:

Provide outstanding customer service, building client rapport, and help everyone feel valued and understood Promotes, and stands behind, the value of “Total Body Care” by educating clients on new and expanded servicesSelling the Massage Envy Wellness Program to every guestBooking clients for future services and discussing additional enhancements and add-on services available based on guest needEncouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations and guest needSupport clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questionsHelp grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreachAlways ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility
