Sales Associate
Description We are on the lookout for a skilled Sales Associate with retail or wholesale industry experience to join our Client's team in New York. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the development of our products, ensuring accurate record-keeping and delivering top-notch customer service. You will also play a crucial role in sales meetings and correspondence with their valued customers. Responsibilities: • Oversee the progression of product development, including design and trends. • Collaborate with the artistic department and design team to ensure timely completion of projects. • Engage actively in sales meetings, taking note of buyer feedback and comments. • Uphold an organized and accurate record of all styles and orders, while tracking shipping details. • Review samples sent by the factory, ensuring all styles are cohesive and narrate a coherent story. • Utilize your keen eye for detail and color to communicate necessary changes to the factory. • Assist in setting up customer quote sheets and Purchase Order detail sheets for order placement. • Address customer revisions as required. • Leverage your experience with B2B sales and answering inbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction. • Utilize your proficiency in VLOOKUP and Pivot Table to manage and analyze data effectively.
