Here is what we expect of our Bartenders at Drybar:
We expect Barenders to lead the client’s experience from start to finish ensuring Drybar standards are upheld.We expect Bartenders to provide an over-the-top client experience to every single client.We expect Bartenders to educate and sell memberships - It’s so easy because our clients love us!We expect Bartenders to organize and execute shop flow between clients and stylistsWe expect Bartenders to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers and the shop leadership team.We expect Bartenders to work at a sustained, fast pace with a positive demeanor.We expect Bartenders to participate in Shop duties. Side work includes activities: laundry, sweeping, dusting and other general shop cleaning.
We are looking for a Bartender who:
Works to meet and exceed team and individual sales goals. Exibits Strong communication skills.Has the Ability to work with and be a part of a team.Has a ‘can-do’ attitude.Thrives in a fast paced environment.Takes and implements feedback.Can stand for the duration of a 6-8 hour shift.
