Your Impact

Achieve sales following daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals for the storeHelp maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floorDeliver excellent guest service by promoting an environment that is helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient for guests and team membersProvide guests with accurate and efficient service to educate them on the products and services available through Ballard Designs

What You Bring

2+ years of specialty retail sales experienceProficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems and previous cash handling requiredAbility to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbsAvailability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAdditional physical requirements may be required i.e. climbing ladders.

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
