Responsibilities:

Complete daily face-to-face outreach to established and new referral sources Establish and nurture relationships with referral sources, nursing homes and rehabs, senior apartments, hospital case managers, discharge planners, physicians, senior centers, chambers, churches, and other appropriate referral sources Must be able to generate referrals from professional sources quickly Create and carry out marketing plans to meet monthly and quarterly outreach goals Ability to work independently and be a contributing member of the sales team Assist with on-site sales calls, tours, and events as needed
