Please note that the two main shifts that we carry out in this aiport are from 4am to 1pm and from 12pm to 9pm.

 

What you can expect:

In your role as a Sales Associate, you are passionate about our products and brand to provide Customer Service Excellence at all times whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to drive commercial success.

\n\n\n\tDeliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers\n\tResponsible for CRM data gathering & quality management\n\tContribute to achieve the location’s performance targets and individual KPI’s\n\tSupport in transaction, complaint & return handling\n\tParticipate in regular trainings to continuously develop\n\tSupport in all operations for loss prevention and stock management\n\tProficient utilization of business systems & latest technology\n\tDrive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tPrevious retail, hospitality or customer service experience along with an excellent understanding of premium fashion industry\n\tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels\n\tDemonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge\n\tAbility to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business\n\tWillingness to constantly learn & develop\n\tHigh cultural knowledge & awareness\n\tProactive and positive attitude \n
