AAA Club Alliance is seeking SEASONAL, (Full-Time) Sales Associates to join our dynamic Travel Contact Center Team!
Our Travel Sales Associates support member sales and service on multiple levels, by handling incoming calls and/or emails related to commodity travel products such as hotel, air and car reservations. These positions are to assist with our busy summer season!
Start date: Monday, April 7, 2025
End date: Early September 2025 or 650 hours worked; whichever comes first.

**This is a work from home position; however, candidates MUST live within one of the following states to be considered:

**Training Requirement: Training hours will be Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. for first 4 weeks.
After training, all work schedules will include ONE weekend day shift and you would be working 37.50 hours per week for the duration of the contract. All schedules are 1st shift. No late nights!!

+ The starting base compensation for this position is $16.00 - $21.65 per hour. The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location .

What you would be doing as a Seasonal, Travel Sales Associate:
+ Serve members and clients on the telephone, email, and web chat by providing Air, Car, Rail & Hotel reservations. A concentration on Diamond Elite and Preferred vendor products is required.
+ Book and council members on domestic hotels and cars.
+ Operates and is familiar with applicable automated airline reservation and ticketing system.
+ Provides best possible customer service and meet or exceed established production goals.
What we need from you:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ 1 year Retail Sales and/or Travel experience.
+ Work experience to include Invoicing.
+ Proficiency with computer software programs and internet access.
+ Proficiency with Geography.
+ Must be able to work one weekend day shift per week. Will be given a choice of schedules (either Saturday or Sunday).
