Sales & Business Development Associate Director - FinTech, Banking Software

We are seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Associate Director, based in Philippines, to play a critical role in driving the overall sales strategy in the region, focus on achieving significant business growth and expanding our footprint, cover Finance, Risk and Regulatory Reporting software solutions for BFSI sector clients. You will report to Sales Director, APAC.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position, based in Manila. #LI-remote #LI-Hybrid

ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible for the market development of your designated territories with the goal of increasing brand awareness and increasing company footprint

Manage existing accounts in your designated territories, keep regular contacts with key stakeholders, ensure customer satisfaction, with the goal to upsell and cross sell additional services or solution to the accounts.

Manage the entire sales cycle from pipeline generation, RFI, RFP, presentation, demo to contract negotiation, with the support of the internal stakeholders.

Provide timely and accurate forecasts for your sales opportunities.

Gather detailed information about the accounts, identify decision-makers, understand strategic business challenges and priorities, and gather key information to increase your chances of winning the opportunities.

Lead in preparing and presenting proposals to prospects/clients, with the support of the internal stakeholders.

Maintain a deep understanding of your territories, including market size, potential, competitors, and pricing dynamics, to better position our solutions and win business.

Collaborate closely with the Presales team, advising on how best to present our solutions to win over prospects.

Work closely with Product Management & Professional Services to support the growth in your designated territories.

Partner with the marketing team for marketing campaigns and sales campaigns with the goal of increasing pipeline in designated countries.



ABOUT YOU

Bachelor’s degree/diploma with 15+ years of software selling experience in the financial industry

Proven track record of success as an individual contributor to the banking software industry

Vast experience in selling enterprise software solutions (Finance, Reg, Risk & ALM) to banks and with a deep understanding of their workflows and challenges.

Strong network of contacts and relationships with key decision-makers (CFO & CRO)

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A willingness to travel as and when required.

Self-starter with a go-getter attitude.

Hungry for achievements whilst maintaining good working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Creative in driving solution selling skills with account management.

A hunter mentality.
