Our client base spans from internal service repair teams to external partners such as dealers, and distributors. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to drive the sales of HVAC parts in the region. In this role, you will manage both internal and external sales accounts while delivering exceptional technical support to customers. You will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and developing tailored solutions that meet customer needs. As a Sales Engineer, you will leverage your technical expertise to effectively communicate the benefits of our HVAC products and provide valuable insights into market trends and customer preferences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, purchasing, and customer service, to ensure a seamless sales process and outstanding customer experience. Your ability to analyze pricing strategies, understand price elasticity of demand, and conduct market research will be instrumental in driving profitability and expanding our market share in the HVAC sector. If you are passionate about HVAC technology and eager to contribute to our growth in the Asia market, we invite you to apply and become part of our innovative team. **Responsibilities:** **Sales Account Management:** • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of internal and external sales accounts, ensuring alignment with company sales targets and objectives. • Conduct regular account reviews to assess customer satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to enhance account performance. **Technical Support:** • Offer technical support and guidance to field engineers as required, specifically regarding superseded component availability and their applications. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, installation, and troubleshooting, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product enhancements. **Market Analysis and Strategy:** • Gather insights during customer visits to inform future sales strategies and product development initiatives. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences or conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning within the HVAC industry. • Monitor and report on market conditions, including pricing trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities, to inform strategic decision-making. • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies based on market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to drive sales growth. **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:** • Foster collaboration with technical, marketing, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement. • Participate in the development of promotional materials and sales tools that effectively communicate pricing and promotion sales to customers. **Customer Relationship Management:** • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, distributors, and end-users. Organize and lead product training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for customers to enhance their understanding and usage of upgrade kits. • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to gauge satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any concerns or inquiries using NPS survey tool. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions to diverse audiences. **Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking:** • Prepare regular reports detailing sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review. • Set and track personal performance sales goals, consistently striving to exceed targets and contribute to overall team performance. • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies. **Qualifications:** • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or any related engineering field. • Proven 2-5 years of experience in technical sales management or in a similar equipment Parts supply sector. • Self-driven fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply. **Other skills:** • Strong analytical skills, with experience in market analysis and pricing strategies. • Proven sales acumen and negotiation skills. • Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to travel if requested. **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
