Contract: Maternity cover for appx. 2-3 years
What is the role about?The Sales Capability Manager is a member of the Sales Operations Team and plays a key role in increasing the sales capabilities, for increased productivity, efficiency, and customer experience in the market. This role will be responsible for developing the capabilities of the Mars Wrigley (MW) sales teams in Czech and Slovakia and will work closely with key stakeholders (channel heads & line managers) to achieve this purpose.
What will be your key responsibilities?Preparation and execution of an annual capability development plan for MW sales teams (both field and KAM) in Czech and Slovakia, following a thorough assessment of needs
On the job training with KAMs, sales reps and their line managers
Organizing training sessions through 3rd party service provider
Retrospective evaluation of the capability development programs, learnings to be reflected as necessary
Managing the training budget
Monitoring clear performance objectives for all sales managers and ensure they are achieved by training and developing a professional, highly skilled and motivated sales force & KAM teams
Accompany sales managers as they carry out regular training and development of their sales personnel, giving feedback on strengths and development opportunities
Building the annual training &development plan for the sales departments and identifies external resources for the implementation of the plan (including relationship management)
Ensuring the quality of line manager – direct reports discussions regarding the individual development plans and provides support, as the case may be
