The Embassy Suites San Francisco Airport - Waterfront is looking for a Sales & Catering Coordinator to support the Sales & Catering team in a dynamic work environment. We are strategically located just a few miles south of the San Francisco airport.

What will you be doing as Sales & Catering Coordinator?

\n\nCoordinates projects and activities \nMaintains communication among departments to ensure successful execution of events\nCreate Banquet Event Orders\nProvides the director and managers of sales and marketing with administrative and clerical support\nAnswers telephones and assists internal & external guests with requests\nMakes travel arrangements\nRoute incoming mails, BEO's, group resumes, etc.\nMaintains detailed filing system for the department\nProcesses group rooming lists\nManages department office supplies\nPerforms other general office duties.\nAssists on special projects as needed.\n

Compensation

The pay range for this position is between $26 - $28/hour and is based on applicable experience and location.
