Responsibilities Record all daily sales activity, calculations of gratuities, and commissions.Reconcile receipts and issue revenue share sub-tenant payments in a timely manner.Reconcile sales, invoices, and checks received to the general ledger.Track accounts receivable, generate monthly reports as it relates to daily sales reporting.Ensure that all deferred revenue entries are accurate and investigate the activity, as applicable.Reconcile account balances and accruals such as rent, credit cards, private label.Maintain the DSR AR processes, schedule new DSR events, and assist with month-end closing.Handle queries from management, guests, and the corporate office in a timely manner.Ensure coverage of office responsibilities; assist in all aspects, participate in cross-training when necessary.Qualifications Associates degree in accounting.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Two years of related accounting software and spreadsheet experience are preferred.Strong computer skills, proficiency in spreadsheets and accounting software.Ability to deal with multiple tasks in a deadline-orientated environment, with accuracy and neatness.Ability to travel up to 5 percent to other locations.Physical Requirements Ability to sit for long periods of time, viewing computer screens and performing repetitive movements for the length of a shift.Ability to carry and maneuver uniform inventory frequently.Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and carry up to 35 lbs. frequently.Shift Details
