Overview
This position is a Customer Service position dealing with a high volume of customers in person, email as well as the phone. This is a high visible position with many duties.
Responsibilities
+ Answer the phone and direct calls to appropriate people
+ Check on status of orders
+ Enter orders sent in by customers
+ Handle customers both on the phone and walk-ins and answer all questions
+ Place required orders
+ Obtain quotes from various vendors for the customers
+ Position requires multi-tasking.
Qualifications
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office
+ Customer Service skills
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with Microsoft Navision (NAV)
Physical Requirements
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
